Building a Procurement Function for the Future: Driving Strategic Value, Efficiency & Governance into 2027

This week, GBT Networks started on a new project with one of our clients designing, building, recruiting and delivering a new procurement function, set to hit the ground running, in early 2027. This is an exciting time as they moves from pure Purchasing, to showcasing what the role a Procurement & Supply Chain function can bring. Working closely with the CFO & CEO and other key stakeholders across the business to capture value, drive efficiencies and ensure good corporate governance, overseeing all capital investments throughout the next +5 years.
